Overnight Support video

BACKGROUND

The Improvement Hub (ihub) is part of Healthcare Improvement Scotland and supports those delivering health and social care across Scotland to redesign and continuously improve services. Overnight support meets a range of needs for people who require support, reassurance and practical help during the night time hours.

OBJECTIVE

We were asked to develop a video explaining the redesign of overnight support, and the process the organisation had been through to a variety of stakeholders. 

WHAT WE DID

We broke the redesign process down into key stages and storyboarded each section of the story. This was brought to life in an accessible animation combining icon style graphics and messaging. We created an accompanying suite of images for social media use by taking key moments from the video and translating them into flat graphics.

RESULTS
