Custom Cask Programme campaign
BACKGROUND
Holyrood Distillery is Edinburgh's first and only working city-centre distillery for almost 100 years, located right in the heart of the city's distilling history – on St. Leonard’s Lane. At this very special distillery, flavour matters and always comes first. In 2019, the Distillery launched with a very successful cask programme, selling casks to investors, collectors, general public and staff. It was a rare opportunity to create a truly bespoke liquid with decisions to be made over every part of the spirit's creation.
OBJECTIVE
Bring 2020's Custom Cask Programme to life through a toolkit of video assets, brochure variants and social media graphics that were to be used for Public Relations activity and lead generation.
WHAT WE DID
After detailed discussions with the Distillery team, we pulled the information together into a creative brief. Once approved this fed into a detailed storyboard for the video which would become the key element of the campaign. Shot over two days, the video depicts the process, choices and skill that goes into creating a Custom Cask. Stills photography was taken at the same time providing a suite of images to use for this and future campaigns. A set of online brochures and social media assets were designed to sit alongside the video.
